Tabouli salad recipe
- Soak bulgar wheat in water for 5-7 minutes then drain them very well.
- Pour the boiling water over the bulghur wheat in a shallow bowl for a few minutes then set aside for 10 minutes.
- Chop the vegetables. Put the vegetables, bulgur in a dish or container, and mix them. Now season it with lime juice, olive oil, pepper and salt, and mix again.
