- Prick eggplants/aubergine all over. Put them on a cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until becoming tender. The best way is to prepare them in an open charbroiled fire.
- When eggplants are ready, peel the skin off. Put some oil in a pot and wait for a few moments to heat up. Then toast tomatoes until they are ready. Then go for eggplants and garlic.
- Now add boiled eggs and spices to cook well.
